Any person planning to undertake a project involving construction, alteration, enlargement, or addition of buildings, as well as major renovation work, must obtain a building permit issued by the Municipality's designated official prior to the start of the work.
Any person who, in whole or in part, intends to change the use or purpose of a building, or carry out excavation, filling, tree cutting, topsoil removal, demolition, or the relocation of a prefabricated or non-prefabricated building, must obtain a certificate of authorization issued by the Municipality's designated official prior to the start of the work.
