Access to Information Request

A form is available for individuals who wish to submit a request for access to an administrative document.


As a public entity, the Municipality is subject to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (Chapter A-2.1). It has twenty (20) days to respond to your request. However, in certain situations, this deadline may be extended up to 30 days.

How to make an access to information request

 

  • Download the Access to Information Request Form (PDF)
  • You must then send your request by mail or email to the person responsible for access to information. Fees for photocopying and document transmission may apply. Please consult the Regulation on Fees for more details.
