Pilot project for the Passport Papinois

The Passport Papinois is an initiative of the Papineau MRC aimed at informing newcomers about the importance of buying local.

The MRC is seeking partners who wish to offer a discount or a free offer through the passport. This provides visibility for participating partners and a unique showcase for newcomers.
